So guys, I couldn't tell you how lucky I am... When I was in Japan, I had this chance to make tofu from SCRATCH! It's really a fun experience I want to share with you!
My host family and my friend's host family bring us to a cooking class and let us experience how to make tofu ourselves!
Well, I won't tell you how to make it because it would made a loooong post. I'll just put the recipe pictures so you can read it yourself ♪
I didn't take that many picture because I was busy making tofu (lol). But here's some picture took by my host mother and cooking teacher!
After we made the tofu, we cook it and made a korean food that's looks like nabe and eat it together. It's so delicious!!
Last but not least, the teachers gave us a T-shirt!
